The creator calls it one of their most anticipated projects and credits collaborators UC Cat and Niki for helping turn it into a full-scale “masterpiece” built on the Anti‑Shifted concept. In this phase, every OC gets dramatic visual upgrades and heavy blood effects, so it is clearly aimed at a mature audience and not recommended for younger players. The mod also includes nine bonus characters with normal, stylish designs, acting as a visual contrast to the main cast’s brutal fates.

Anti Shifted: Phase 5 continues the twist of Sprunki Shifted by “shifting” each character’s fate to the left instead of the right, which is where the Anti idea comes from in the creator’s own description.
